Dwarven Champions are mighty warriors of Dwarven Race. They are very tough and sturdy and can withstand a lot of punishment. In the training process the strongest among dwarves receive an opportunity to pass the Champion's Trial. Dwarf wishing to accept the Trial must be capable of fighting in very heavy armour and be proficient in one of three close combat disciplines: mace, axe or spear fighting. Trial winners are praised all over the Dwarven lands, for ever since they won they proudly wear the noble titles of Dwarven Champions.

You can find Dwarven Champions fighting in the most dangerous spots of battle field. Often they are given the privilege of meeting and stopping incoming enemy heavy shock troops. When Dwarven Champion reaches veteran level he is able to hold a flank on his own even outnumbered. Poor archers have trouble penetrating his shield defense and thick armour.

Dwarven Champions can ride Griffins, which makes them perfect companions for dwarven heroes. Together with Dwarven Guards they form elite of dwarven military.
